It would once have been a book to read, or a puzzle magazine to keep one occupied. These days it's watching a film on the laptop.

When I was a child, I'd devour the science fiction books my parents bought, and dream of living in a world where the technologies portrayed in these stories really existed. And then one day I realised that much of it had sneaked up on me bit by bit and I almost didn't notice.

As someone else said, I really love living in the future!
